From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
In the Risk section, click Hazardous Situation. Result: The Hazardous Situation list window is displayed.
Click Add New Record. Result: The Hazardous Situation entry window is displayed.
Enter the name of the new hazardous situation.
Enter a description of the hazardous situation.
Click the drop down button and select the risk probability associated with the hazardous situation, such as Improbable. Once the risk probability is selected, a numeric value representing the probability is displayed. For information on configuration, see Risk Probabilities.
Click the Submit button. Result: The new hazardous situation has been added to the Hazardous Situation list window with a status of Active.
